RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE.
  • Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.  Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, via email to customerservice@shopheist.com
  • In the event the contents of your package were damaged in transit, please email customerservice@shopheist.com within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Please note we cannot accept any claims for in-transit damages past this time frame.  You must keep all original packaging for inspection by the courier.
  • If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued an “RA” number, via email, which MUST be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of your package.
  • We must receive the authorized merchandise for return NO LATER than 7 days after the RA number has been issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
