return policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.  Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
  • Sale merchandise, handbags, undergarments, swimwear and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
  • In the event the contents of your packaged were damaged in transit, please email customerservice@shopheist.com within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Please note we cannot accept any claims for in-transit damages past this time frame.  You must keep all original packaging for inspection by the courier.
  • If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued an “RA” number, via email, which MUST be clearly filled in the appropriate box on the “Return Form” that was enclosed with your original shipment.
  • We must receive the authorized merchandise for return NO LATER than 7 days after the RA number has been issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
